Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
